If I could give 0 stars I would!

Customer service is shocking. Day's after leaving Peter Vardy Jaguar/Land rover Aberdeen - an engine management light appeared on my newly purchased car. Extremely long story short we have had countless visits to have the issue fixed with no success, faulty part replaced - but it's still broken! nobody ever gets back to you when you call, or email. The manager is a disgrace and set up a meeting with us only to fail to actually turn up and fobbed us on to a heavily pregnant woman - who really didn't need the stress at the latter stages of her pregnancy (what a great boss!). A year down the line the engine management light is still on and Peter Vardy advise that it is safe to drive - not acknowledging that the fault itself is not "serious" but by virtue of the engine management light being permanently on it could be masking another more serious issue if it were to appear!
