unbelievable experience

I purchased a car that had too many things wrong with it, which almost killed me and other motorists when the power steering and brakes failed pulling into a petrol station on the way home.

I spent 2 hours at the dealership, not looking at the car, but being confronted by the sales staff who told me after I had paid in full in cash, that I had lost the keys.

They wanted me to leave without the car or my money, but I refused to go, and after 2 hours the salesman drove the car to the front gates after apparently finding the keys in the car....... as if I didnt look.

After weeks off getting nowhere with getting them to fix the car, I returned it via the RAC as it was not safe to drive, as they had promised to get fixed.

But weeks later, after being told the same old story about parts being delivered, I wrote and asked for my money back.

One of the owners, spoke to me on the phone and said after a few minutes of me getting nowhere, "your not getting your car or your money back".

I'm glad I have recorded my phone calls and issues with this team that operate in the Peterborough area.

I have various court orders for my losses, but now going to apply for a combination of bankruptcy and put a charge on a property they own.

I've bought Rover 75 from this dealer. After transaction I did 1000 miles in two weeks and car broke down (no pressure in clutch). I had to fix the car because I needed it ASAP. I started to call dealer to refund the parts and labour, he basically told me to freak off, hang up twice, didn't answer my calls. He is selling cars that are not fit for purpose, not roadworthy and when something goes wr
He told me he changed the clocks & it ended with me calling the police for assault..
I contacted this dealer about a BMW 525d '04 model on the Sunday. On the phone the person I spoke with had a pretty unprofessional vocabulary but I thought nothing of it. During the phonecall I asked if I could come to view the car as the add said the dealer closes at 6pm and it was approx 3.30 and he told me they close at 4pm, but after an off phone conversation I was told that he could come back
