He told me he changed the clocks & it ended with me calling the police for assault..

I contacted this dealer about a BMW 525d '04 model on the Sunday. On the phone the person I spoke with had a pretty unprofessional vocabulary but I thought nothing of it. During the phonecall I asked if I could come to view the car as the add said the dealer closes at 6pm and it was approx 3.30 and he told me they close at 4pm, but after an off phone conversation I was told that he could come back for me. As my mother was paying & they don't accept over the phone payments I said I would have to transfer funds into my debit account so I could pay with a debit card when I arrived should I like the car, to which he suggested I transfer the money directly into the dealers account (even though i hadn't even even viewed the car yet!?). Because they were closing and the salesman was going to return I asked for a mobile number so that I could text incase there was no time due to time it would take for money to transfer. all the texts I received where with poor grammer and 'txt tlk'.

In the end I couldnt make it so I said I would come on thursday morning, up until thursday I was asked for a deposit 2or3 times.

On thursday I arrived (no introduction no handshake) and he spoke using alot of swear words (mainly directed at staff&prospective buyers). handed me the keys and the car didnt start.. they jumped started it and the clocks/dials didnt come on, I took it for a quick spin and when i got back I noticed all the tyres were flat but everything else seemed ok. He said he would have it working by Sat, so I said I will (reluctantly)put down a deposit on the understanding that if it's working I'll buy it, if not I'll have a refund. he agreed.

Came on saturday with my mother & her bf(who is a mechanic which instantly displeased him) he turned the car on and showed me the dials working I said I wanted to go for another drive which he contested! so said I dont want it and he said ok, on the drive the computer came up with "restraint system faulty" and clutch had a strange noise

I purchased a car that had too many things wrong with it, which almost killed me and other motorists when the power steering and brakes failed pulling into a petrol station on the way home. I spent 2 hours at the dealership, not looking at the car, but being confronted by the sales staff who told me after I had paid in full in cash, that I had lost the keys. They wanted me to leave without t
Wont stop trying to recover my losses
This company is now gone, but thats because this is how the owners operate, false claims via professional looking websites. I've bought Rover 75 from this dealer. After transaction I did 1000 miles in two weeks and car broke down (no pressure in clutch). I had to fix the car because I needed it ASAP. I started to call dealer to refund the parts and labour, he basically told me to freak off, hang up twice, didn't answer my calls. He is selling cars that are not fit for purpose, not roadworthy and when something goes wr
