Rude and awful car, Don't buy from this dealer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We spent a lot of money on a car from Prime Carz (may also be known as Prime Cars, they have given us information with both spellings on!). We had a child on the way so needed a reliable car. Within the first week we had a problem, they took it back and said it was fixed. It was not, but I thought it was only a small problem. 2 days out of the 3 month warranty it all started to go wrong. We had done less then 5,000 miles and the car was cutting out. We were advised it would need a new engine. We were talking with Prime Cars/Carz for almost 6 months as they wouldn't accept liability. eventually we gave in they brought the car back for a lot less money.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM PRIME CARZ

I brought a Ford Focus from Prime Carz only 1 month ago they told me its been serviced, mechanically checked and new MOT with no advisories witch I have invoice for, 1 week ago I noticed the clutch has started to slip so I got a trusted mechanic to put a new clutch in and he advised me to change the cam belt at the same time, as he started the work he noticed that the front brake discs have worn o

They sold me a car thay has been recalled. I will be taking legal action toward them. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Untrustworthy and scams. Stay away from this fake arrogant thiefs.

Good car (no thanks to dealer)

I consider myself very lucky to end up with a pretty good car despite some very iffy information from company owner. After enquiring about service history, was briefly flashed " a service history" but I since believe that it wasn't the one for this car. Was assured that I would receive it but it had mysteriously disappeared from his desk. Subsequent calls generated a number of implausible reasons

Very Happy Customer

I bought my first car with prime carz a year ago and have never had any problems, I have recently been back to part exchange my car and buy a new one! I am so happy with the service I recieved and would deffinitely reccomend.

Great honest business!

I buy cars for myself and family from Prime Cars, they are very helpful, polite and honest! If I have ever had a problem they have always found a way to resolve it! I would definitely recommend!
