poor trick to play!!!

Their not even 1 star but I had to choose something......

I went to Richlee to part exchange my car for a 1 series BMW attended their offices on Friday 8th December they had ample opportunity to check my vehicle and I should have thought that this would have been done as a matter of course they proceeded to do me a deal on my part exchange against the BMW 1 series and I paid there an then THE DEAL WAS DONE, HANDS SHOOK.

I went into Richlee this afternoon to take delivery of the BMW 1 series and drop off my car as pre-agreed guess what, they decided that they would check over my car and discovered "several faults" they then proceeded to to advise me that this should have been done on Friday and that it hadn't and that they would like another £250.

So I have not got a BMW1 series I have back my car because they are taking the Pxxx what they state I should contribute £250 for and think myself lucky they are not asking for labour as well is ludicrous

but they have the best customer service ever, ever heard

This is the 4th car we have purchased from Richlee over 10 years and they have grown but have not lost there friendless approach Colin was very professional and not pushing a sale he did everything we required excellent.Andy the technician even repaired my wife's mini after BMW said there was no problem Brilliant guys .
