avoid at all costs

Bought a range rover for £23000 in June 2014. Seven weeks later battery light came on had loss of power and engine management fault warnings. How *&^£"&$(* I was paying that sort of money and coming out in the morning to a car that would not start. Called Hodgson who showed little interest and said I probally needed a new battery. Had the battery changed at Halfords still had same problem. Took to local garage who carried out diagnostic test said car needed new alternator and would have to be done at range rover. Took it to Range Rover who changed alternator and charged me £900. Range Rover all advised me that the turbo needed replacing as it was seized shut and cost for that £2500. So all in all battery, alternator and new turbo. Hodgson claimed the car was not his problem as the warranty was only three months and the car had been with me for more than 3 months, even though I notified them seven weeks after purchase. Less than 3000 miles done £3500 in repairs and Hodgson has washed his hands. PLEASE AVOID

Avoid , Avoid , Avoid

Purchased a car and arrived and broke down 10 mins later , catalogue of faults and advised by an independant garage should never of passed an MOT . VOSA involved , car not fit for purpose , car returned under consumer act and now refusing to pay out and return money back .
