Brilliant service and great after sales!

We recently bought a Volvo XC90 from Paul at Route One Car Sales. It has got to be the best used car we've ever had. The salesman help us put the two kids seats in before the test drive.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were very friendly and extremely polite & even asked if we'd like them to hold the car for 24 hrs to go away & have a think about it?

Not pushy at all!

After we purchased the car we found a small piece of trim was missing from the luggage area. This was sourced by them, from a main dealer and their chap delivered it to our home, and fitted it for us without charge!

We have recommended them to friends and family, and the cars they have sold them, have been equally brilliant.

We will definitely use them in a few years when we want another car!

Brought a Subaru from this company , fan belt went straight away no assistance from the company when I phoned , and now 3 months later still trying to get my deposit back . Do not use this company very poor service

Don't buy from these guys!!
Don't but from here. Been waiting for spare parts from them for 8 weeks!! Difficult to get hold of and vary aggressive.

Friendly Helpfull People!
Needed a small car for our daughter who was off to Uni. Travelled down to see three different small cars they had for sale. Decided on a Toyota Yaris & they had three different models. My daughter took nearly two hours to finally decide on which one she wanted, & it wasn't a problem for them! Two cups of tea later.....Deal was sorted! Even put an extended warranty on the car at no extra cost!

The title says it all really had a bad experience car kept going wrong getting fobbed off route one car sales just want your money and give no after service save your money or burn it it will be cheaper

offered a trade in, dealer wasted my time and then his son called me a (Expletive deleted)
Terrible attitude and not a company I would recommend to anyone, shame really as they have a little gold mine out there, I do not wish to ever be spoken to like that again by anyone. I am disgusted by the attitude of the son, calling me a (Expletive deleted) was the final straw. Do not use this trader
