Advertised a 2015 Mercedes SL for £21k and included APR from 6.9% only to inform me that on because of the age and value of this car, APR starts at 8.9, NOT 6.9% When I suggested the ad was clickbait, 'Rory' decided unprofessional sarcasm was the best way to deal with a customer. COWBOYS & CONMEN - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was patiently waiting until the car was ready for me to collect but when I rang the next working day the guy said the car was ‘sold’ responding to I asked for a deposit ? When he never or I would have!!!!! Totally unprofessional and the customer service is DISGUSTING. Save your money or go to an actual dealership.

Recently bought a grey Range Rover Sport HSE from this Dealer. Great service, friendly and helpful. Small business and not the best premises but very helpful and informative owner. Viewing, test drive and finance application with me driving away in around an hour in total. Very, very efficient.
