terrible service
Can't quite believe the customer service of this place.
I had purchased a new BMW 320D last year May 2012 The car was due its first service so I booked the vehicle on the above date and was quoted a price of £272.40. I requested a courtesy car and this was explained to me that a fee of £14.40 was needed for insurance purposes. On the day of the service I was seen to by a female named Sarah she explained the courtesy car policy to me (in a tone that sounded annoyed because I queried the charge on the courtesy car) after going through the policy I asked if there was petrol in the car, she snapped and said you would have to fill it up yourself our company does not supply petrol without hesitation I responded and said why is your service so ****!!!
Sarah became angry and said I don’t tolerate being swore at, I tried to explain **** is not a swear word but she refused to deal with me, I was then approached by I believe the sales manager Peter who said I shouldn’t speak to the staff like that obviously not knowing what went on and told me to leave the premises.
I was so upset and shocked of how the people were treating me I left the premises.
After having a few moments to gather my senses I decided to go back and request to speak to the car principal which was Gareth, I explained my situation to him and he said *** is not a swear word but some people will take offence to it now would you like me to assign you a another person to deal with your car, I was speechless and angry of how condescending he was towards to me.
I politely told him obviously I am not a loyal customer my custom would be appreciated elsewhere and he responded your choice.
I contacted another BMW garage and was delighted to hear my service is free due to the fact I had purchased a service inclusive pack, why didn’t Rybrook Shrewsbury tell me this? Surely you would have known as I brought the vehicle from you
BMW great car but NEVER EVER buy from Rybrook Shrewsbury
