Utterly terrible company. We, eventually got a refund because we had good advice from our insurer's legal team, who carefully explained statutory rights. Be warned, get to know your statutory rights before dealing with Saxtons and be aware that statutory rights only apply within 30 days of purchase, but there may be other legal rights post that, but get proper help. We spent £38,000 on a car that was doomed because their mechanics had failed to reconnect the back window screen wiper and the liquid had leaked into the electric. This, however, scrapes the surface of how appalling the vehicle was, and they are.
Their website reads well with loads of false assurances that prove to be just words and not actions; their descriptions, we believe, of the vehicles are somewhat questionable also, with the car we purchased having stripped of anything they could sell elsewhere and some parts replaced with cheap low-gr
