Appalling customer service with a seriously bad atitude

Dealership - Good morning, how can we help you ?
Me - I'd like to park my car safely in the car park for its MOT and then when I collect it, I'd like you to leave it parked on the access road close to a bollard which I can't see from the driver's seat, so I damage the bumper and bonnet when I drive off and then I'd like you to wash your hands of the situation, deny any responsibility and then deal with me with disdain and arrogance, even though I have been a customer for 25 years.
Dealership - No problem we can arrange that for you....
This happened to me last month and the dealership could not have been more dismissive and arrogant in putting the blame entirely on me and not accepting any responsibility for parking my car abutting a bollard which was not visible. Had they not parked it there this would not have happened. Clearly 25 years of loyalty from me and 4 MINIs later means nothing to this dealership.
