arrogant, threatened to keep whole deposit, rude.

astra , putting his arrogance aside, it was a good motor and not the cheapest , so we left a deposit, he told me to put £390 down so it only leave a thousand pound to pay on the Friday when we collect it. however later that day , we didn't specify ( our fault of admittedly )that the car was an sxi and the insurance was 3 times the amount we currently pay. so a few hours later I said could you find another car for the same price range that will not be as bad on the insurance. He was having none of it! He then said coincidently that in the few hours that we left that some one had come to but that specific car and he had to turn them down. So he said he will be keeping £100 of my money for damages occurred! As we it was our mistake for the not getting the insurance correct I took that on the chin. However I called him back up and said I want the £300 back and he said exactly this to my partner, 'To be honest, can i keep all the deposit? i probably can! will I? I do not know, I must be fair to me as much as you.

Tom Poole Cars Sutton Coldfield Trouble
Brought a Kia 4 weeks ago from Tom Poole Cars and was promised he would take a look at the Arial.HE NEVER DID and it is still faulty now. Very pushy guy who talks over you and does not let you speak. It has been 4 weeks since having the car and now a problem with the immobilizer, not good as every time you want to start the car you need Green Flag out.
