VERY UNHELPFUL MANAGER

My son-in-law booked his Nissan Xtrail and my Nissan Micro both in for service at this garage. Both of these car services were paid for three years when purchasing. Unfortunately because of family problems the services were not done at the correct time.
The garage reluctantly accepted to service my son-in-law’s car as it was purchased from them but although my car had been booked in at least two weeks prior to appointed date they refused to service unless we paid for this again!! At this time they had my son-in-law’s car and we had planned to pick up his car and leave my car for service the next day. As you can imagine I was far from happy with this and insisted on speaking to the manager. He was very unhelpful, even when I said I would be leaving a negative review for his garage as my car had been booked in for at least two weeks earlier and he was only now raising this. I then asked for Nissan’s telephone number so that I could complain directly.
