BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a car from this company and after owning the car for 3 weeks engine management light came on. I took it to the garage for a quick check... It had several faults despite having a full M.O.T, including cat and gasket faults. The vehicle had faulty brakes and disks to the point that they were VERY dangerous for me and my 4 year old whom I drive to school in the vehicle.

Upon asking for a re-fund or even some of the vehicle repairs I spoke to a nasty lady who claimed she owned the business and told me to speak to a legal representative whom she employed ( obioously from the amount of people they are ripping off).

I am now in the process of applying to a small claims court for a full re-fund....

Very very rude people who kept ignoring calls,hanging up, ignored emails. Wold not even inspect the car to see the various faults.

COMPLETE RIP OFF COMPANY, STAY WELL CLEAR AND READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!

Keep up the good work

I visited Trade Cars to test drive several cars with a view to purchase. The staff all helped facilitate the test driving of three cars which ultimately led to me purchasing one. Although there was an error code which showed on the display they offered to sort the problem out with no fuss at all. You get what you pay for

Had a good experince with this company naomi was very friendly and helpful the mechanic guy even ran the error codes for me as engine management light was on. Excellent Customer Service

I visited Trade Cars in Cleckheaton looking for a small inexpensive car. As soon as we arrived a staff member approached to offer help and recommend the cars for sale to suit our needs.
