Complete disregard for their customers

We made an enquiry to Trust Ford of Cribbs Causeway Bristol, and received a valuation on our trade in. We made an appointment to visit them on Saturday to view the car and complete the deal. We drove 100 miles from Devon to Bristol and when we arrived the salesman we were dealing with informed the vehicle we wanted to buy was sold the previous day. I said you could have phoned me and save me a 200 mile round trip, to which he responded "I only found out this morning" (this being around 1pm) as though that was okay, and was a valid excuse for not letting me know, despite a clear arrangement to attend that day. Could not care less about my wasted journey and just shrugged his shoulders. Needless to say we will never buy from Trust Ford.

POOREST CAR DEALERSHIP IN BRISTOL!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The POOREST CAR DEALERSHIP in Bristol. They have no regard to their customers as they actually sent out a car that was in worse shape than how it came in potentially allowing the driver to get into a car accident. THIS STORE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED GIVEN ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
