Brilliant service and an AMAZING all round experience

I read a couple of previous reviews here about this dealer and some people stated things that i did not find to be true with my experience. I dealt with a man called Ian and also the salesman called Phil. They were amazing especially for customer service, i called and put a secure deposit on the car and arranged all finance and evaluations for my car over the phone. I came down from Sunderland to Plymouth purely because they made the deal where i could not say no, they valued my car higher then all the other places and also gave me a brilliant deal on the car i bought (Mercedes). they weren't pushy over the phone or in person in any way. they were reasonable with all my requests and really seemed to want to meet me in the middle and we did which is fair. They are a brilliant team and did a brilliant job on my car and i opted to buy the AutoGlym life shine product that is AMAZING i must add. They had the car ready for me and presented it very well. Absolutly awful customer service. When I refused to purchase unwanted Gap Insurance the sales man became extremely rude to me. He was sexist from the moment I walked in..and talkef down to me as if I were a child (I'm in my 40s). Upon leaving the forecourt with the car I just purchased another sales man called me "Over sensitive" as I expkainedI was upset about my trearnent. I left a review

Get an AA RAC inspection
Called into turners of robourgh and saw a car I wanted to buy, got a sales person and struck a deal, I would pay full forecourt price for their car and they would give me full book price for my trade in, they would also paint the damaged paintwork on the wheels of the car I wanted, and I would organise an AA or RAC inspection, all this was done in front of their finance director as the salesman s

Bought a car from turners with a 3 month warrenty, Had some minor issues with it, but phil who sold me the car bent over backwards to get them sorted! Found them to be fair and honest so no complaints, Would use phil and turners again Big thank you!

Bad Customer Service
Please be aware of this garage, it is all sweetness to start, but once you have brought the car, seems they are not interested. The car I brought had a fault, when I took it out on test, I should have walked away then, but they said “ it would be fixed” car still had the fault when I collected it, I then had to take it to their back street garage, who then had it for almost 2 weeks.
