Still waiting for a refund

we went there to buy 2 cars, one car was sold by the time we got there so we were offered another car. Test drove both cars on local roads. The Honda I was buying BP19HKV was not perfect, absolutely stunk inside, not properly valeted (as promised by Casper) and literally on the motorway for 1 minute (we live on the south coast) and every warning you can think of started flashing and the car lost power ON THE MOTORWAY. Took the car straight back to V12 who promised they would have an answer for me on Monday. On Tuesday Casper called and gave me a load of codswallop about how they're checking out the car, my son works in a garage and I used to work in a local garage, so asking around, all that needed replacing are sensors and possibly the battery. I have since had no communication (we bought the car on 26th October) so withdrew on the Wednesday, have had no acknowledgement of the withdrawal, so have had to raise a county court case to get our money back as they owe us nearly £2000 which looks like it's peanuts

Avoid these guys
Avoid these guys, false AA inspections, no service history or paperwork, and zero after sales service. It started of great, finding a great looking Audi S3 for my son on their website, contacted them and paid a holding deposit. Went to see the car and the car looked good and drove well. Avoid - don’t be fooled by the look (mechanically unfit)
I wouldn’t buy a car here ever again. Travelled hours to them, it’s was a very weird environment to start! Car died after 3 days of bringing it home, engine malfunction, the after sales team were an absolute nightmare to get hold of, car was sat on my driveway for over 2 weeks undriveable (under warranty) but they didn’t give two hoots. Hours and hours wasted trying to get refund on deposit
Impossible to obtain refund on hold deposit despite buying the car ! Called emailed etc and NOTHING! Really really annoying! Take the money fast enough and cut you off when you call them DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS Professional excuse makers!
