From start to finish the service and interaction was great! First time purchasing a car and I did not know what to expect, let's just say towards the end I felt that I was in good hands and was buying from the right business. Never felt pressured, as you would feel by some businesses because they want to make a sale. Was given so much space, time and freedom to make a decision. Felt very relaxed.

I purchased a car (part exchange) from these people some weeks ago. I left high vis jackets in the boot and requested them to be returned. They never did, despite being chased to do so and promising more than once that they would post immediately. Furthermore, I had to wait several weeks to register the car properly in order to put on a private place, as they did not send the V5 slip off to DVL
