Shocking customer service.
Shocking customer service. Not prepared to spend money on a car to get the car through a mot after deal was done. No negotiating on price even though the car was due a cambelt and waterpump and auxiliary belt replacing asap. No one onsite to make immediate decision on price. No communication on their behalf to let anyone know what was going on, as I had to do all the chasing over the 8 day period. Was not offered any refreshments or usual customer services when attended site. States on website they have a fleet of courtesy cars, salesman said they don't have any. After putting 2 deposits down on 2 different cars, and 8 days of no communicate unless I rang, I left with nothing. Then threatened by the owner “I make it a point to hunt down anyone in the Sussex area who puts up a negative review”, I was a genuine customer with money to buy a car, but ended up with a week from hell from a nasty man. Engage at your own risk.
