The 5 star rating isn't high enough. From start to finish the watsons team were outstanding. I have used main dealers a few times but watsons were superior by a country mile. Unlike main dealers they don't try an force you to buy any car, instead they want to help you get the car you've always wanted. They were able to awnser any of the questions I had about the car, finance, part exchange etcetc. Paul was excellent and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It is the best dealership I have had the pleasure of dealing with and hope to use them again!

Shocking customer service.
Shocking customer service. Not prepared to spend money on a car to get the car through a mot after deal was done. No negotiating on price even though the car was due a cambelt and waterpump and auxiliary belt replacing asap. No one onsite to make immediate decision on price. No communication on their behalf to let anyone know what was going on, as I had to do all the chasing over the 8 day period.
