Not likely to buy another car from here

I must admit, i'm not likely to buy another car from here. Here' s my latest experience: I order a replacement key about a month ago - that cost about £120 - fair enough -my fault I lost it, but nevertheless 'ouch'. I just got off the phone and i've been told there is an extra £53 to pay to have the key coded to the vehicle!! that's like selling the wheels as a hidden extra!! When I mentioned that was a complete surprise, the lady went off the phone for a minute, and came back telling me that "i must have been told this" when I ordered the replacement key (i wasn't). So i'm the liar. Nice to know. When I bought a VW a few years ago from another dealer, I asked for a 3rd key so my girlfriend could have one, and they didn't even charge me!! - and it was a coded key too.

I visited Wessex Mazda today with the intention of spending around £30,000 on a new 6 Estate. Despite me looking around their used stock, and the example in the showroom, no one bothered to even approach me, not even to invite me to take a seat. After waiting about 20 minutes I decided to leave, and spend my money with another sealer.

I had heard good things about Wessex Garages, and I wasn't let down when I visited the dealership to discuss my options on a new car on Motability. The sales staff were very helpful and they made the whole experience very enjoyable, thank you very much!

Had a very good service from your salesman he found me the right car and nothing was to much trouble for him.He did not push me at any point and advised me on several products which i took.Two off my family are looking for cars and i have advised them to go and see Steve

Took an older Alfa in for a service last year. Although I asked for a specific period manufacturer service and elected for a 'while you wait' service, at the *end* of the promised waiting time I was told that they hadn't actually got the parts in for the service
