Fantastic
Collect my new car this morning from Henson motor group, fantastic place to buy a car from the show room is 5 star and all the staff are so friendly. when I arrive the car is ready for me to drive away fully valet and clean. I do recommend Henson car store for you next car.

Avoid at all costs
If there were 0 stars that’s what I would give Hensons. Had my car 8 weeks when it broke down on a Sunday. Got towed to a trusted RAC garage. Spoke to Hensons the very next day and asked what I should do. Got told to ring their mechanic and see what he says. Spoke to the mechanic who advised to leave the car at the garage it was at. After several phone calls with Hensons i was advised it would be

Time Wasters!
Awful! Paid a deposit for a used Rover 75, salesman Lee said I would have the car within 4-5 days after a new MOT was sorted out, and was assured any advisories would be cleared. A week later I still had no vehicle, but by then was being fobbed off with all manner of reasons including one about the vehicle being 'monitored' by the MOT garange?? Sam Rose is a credit to the company!!
bought my audi a3 from here. great car and priced really well. felt really relaxed and a smooth process. Thanks to the salesman sam, he went the extra mile and nothing was to much to ask. Thanks Henson Motor Group you guys are top notch.
