Cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone we dealt with was great! We had a small issue with the car and they resolved it straight away no quibbles. Very professional and friendly. Have never been so impressed and they made my new car a dream to buy and enjoy.

We have been using Andy and Martin for nearly 12 years and purchase most of our company vehicles from them. The service and aftersales has always been excellent and their ability to find you the right vehicle within budget knocks main dealers into a cocked hat. We will always be returning customers as noone else in Bristol comes close on personal sevice and value for money.

Scams looking to stole money
They are sh.... I never recommend this. I buy my car from them and I drive just for one month then is broken down. When i call them he said i have to fix it on my self they stole my money. Be careful people NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Best buying experience I have had!!
Martin was so helpful, he helped me find a good car for my life style. The car was delivered to my door with a smile and the car was totally as described. Telling all my friends and family how good they are, had a little problem with my windscreen wiper a month after buying the car and they sent me a new wiper in the post - amazing!

Excellent company
We bought a lovely Audi A3 Sport back from these, the guys were great, communication was brilliant, lots of extras given to make sure we were happy with the car as we couldn't view it prior to buying. We had it delivered by extended friendly team members, have had the car a couple of months now and we are very happy. Trustworthy car dealers.

I was given Martin’s details from a friend and headed down to Surecar to buy my first car direct from a dealer having always bought privately before. We sat down and had a chat first and I told Martin what I was after in terms of car size, age, budget etc and Martin showed me what he thought would best suit me. Bought Mazda 3 from Surecar Direct
Excellent service from start to finish. Explained Surecar Direct procedure clearly so we knew what to expect. Car ready when said, well prepared. Martin was a pleasure to deal with. Had small issue shortly after collection Martin instructed us to take car back, fixed while we waited. Would highly recommend them. Did not talk jargon or baffle us with tech talk, such a rarity in this day and age.
