Faulty B250e 2017 From this Cowboys

Bought a car 13:12/23 from this cowboys are it was the worst experience of my life. The car does not meet and did not spec as advertised online. Owner tried to coerce me to take the car when returned. The eclectic car ranges was 60/50 with a 5/6hour charge so not feasible for transport from Berkeley to London. It was total nightmare. The behavior seems norm and he outwardly refused to return my money. I have returned the car to his garage and notified all parties. Complete scum and scam the lots of them and it is a shame auto trader still allow their business

100% the worst experience ever when purchasing a vehicle. Autotrade South West trade under the name Alsons Group Ltd (check out the details at Companies House). One star is generous
From day one service was shocking. Car wasn’t ready. Part exhange price dropped after agreeing a price. Vehicle had many dangerous faults. These went to be repaired but came out unfixed and there was significant further damage to the paint work and vehicle. All of course were apparently there before.
