they lie to your face and in writing ...

100% the worst experience ever when purchasing a vehicle.

Autotrade South West trade under the name Alsons Group Ltd (check out the details at Companies House).

In nearly three weeks I have never driven the car since buying it has been and still is in a main dealership fixing all the issues.

The Manager David confirmed these would be fixed prior to me collecting the car. NONE of the promised issues were fixed. David confirmed in writing they would pay towards the cost of some of the issues if I sent him the receipt. I sent him the receipt and never received a penny. My experience is that you cannot believe what they tell you verbally or what they tell you in writing.

This company Trades under the name of Alsons Group Ltd and not Autotrade South West you can see details of the Directors and the company at Companies House by typing (alsons group Ltd companies house into Google you can then see details about the Directors under people and other information about the company.

One star is generous

From day one service was shocking. Car wasn’t ready. Part exhange price dropped after agreeing a price. Vehicle had many dangerous faults.
