RUN!

Utterly disappointed with this garage and the after sales. Remotely signed all paperwork and was given the details through WhatsApp. Signed the agreement then went to collect. On arrival the vehicle was significantly damaged however due to driving over two hours and already signed a financial agreement we agreed to take £400 off the vehicle. We took it home and then the cab started filling with smoke. This was due to a pipe that had burst - at this point I couldn’t fault how promptly the vehicle was collected however one of the owners asked me if I was sure it was smoke and not condensation. Quite clearly I could tell the difference. This was fixed with some extra miles on the clock as Ben had stated he would be ‘extensively test driving’ which is ok. In an ideal world this wouldn’t happen but we had no choice.

No T&C. Unprofesional rude behavior

I have been told the deposit is refundable if I change my mind. For personal reasons, I couldn't make it to see the car and asked for a refund back. The seller started lecturing me and being rude that he did overtime to get the car ready, and he's not going to give the money back. Miss sold a car and lied to

I asked the dealer for a car that is capable of a true 35-40MPG. They suggested and sold me a Mercedes c180 blue efficiency. After just a few days of driving it was obvious this car was not capable of producing the said MPG. Very professional

Very professional car dealership with affordable finance deals on beautiful cars!!! I put down a deposit on a BMW 320d Sport but unfortunately couldn't get reasonable insurance cover. BHP were very understanding and gave me a full refund and wished me luck with finding a car. I will definitely be back to purchase a car in the near future and highly recommend this company!!!

Second car bought from here. Love it!

Bought an e92 M3 from BHP before exchanging it for an Audi RS4, loved the M3 and so far loving the RS4! When buying the M3 i was promised good money back for it if i ever wanted to part exchange and thats exactly what i got. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
