Miss sold a car and lied to

I asked the dealer for a car that is capable of a true 35-40MPG. They suggested and sold me a Mercedes c180 blue efficiency. After just a few days of driving it was obvious this car was not capable of producing the said MPG.

I returned the car to the garage and they plugged in the ECU to their computer and recognised 4 faults, they assured me they identified the fault, they then cleared the error codes and booked it in with a local garage.

The garage plugged in their computer to the ECU and A new error code was found and so they fixed a new but separate fault, they couldn’t comment on the other faults as they had been cleared from the cars ECU.

The trader BHP performance said that the part replaced by the garage would fix the MPG issue and I would see this within a few days of driving the car. No improvement was found and the MPG issue still remained. The garage who they sent the car to said that the part they fitted would not fix an MPG issue, and that BHP did not send the car to them for such an

No T&C. Unprofesional rude behavior

I have been told the deposit is refundable if I change my mind. For personal reasons, I couldn't make it to see the car and asked for a refund back. The seller started lecturing me and being rude that he did overtime to get the car ready, and he's not going to give the money back. Very professional

Very professional car dealership with affordable finance deals on beautiful cars!!! I put down a deposit on a BMW 320d Sport but unfortunately couldn't get reasonable insurance cover. BHP were very understanding and gave me a full refund and wished me luck with finding a car. I will definitely be back to purchase a car in the near future and highly recommend this company!!!
