EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. UNSAFE VEHICLE. VERY BAD AFTER CARE!

Firstly I would like to start with the appalling service I have witnessed my parents go through with this company joke of a dealership, that prides itself on customer care and professional service. My parents purchased a vehicle in good faith from Nick after having 6 months of hell with their new house, health problems which were all explained to Nick and expressed their reluctance to even purchasing a car at this point in their lives. They pointed out corrections that they would like to be made on the initial viewing. These corrections weren't made. Nick was proud to address the "thorough" 2 hour used car check that is supposedly carried out on their vehicles, however this was not the case; the sunroof didn't work, the brakes were warped, scored, rusty and pitted on all 4 corners, missing pieces of interior trim, a very poor attempt of a valet and valeting equipment left in the vehicle on hand over.

Secondly when collecting the vehicle with my mum, we didn't even manage to leave Kettering as the car violently shook when braking at 60-70mph, however they admitted the vehicle shook at 75mph, so members of staff were breaking the law in a customers vehicle??? We took the vehicle straight back to Chariots and was given a courtesy vehicle. I was told that it would be sorted and the 2 hour used car check would be carried out again (I have asked for the paperwork 3 times to see what has been checked but yet still not received it) leads me to believe it hasn't been done at all!

Chariots delivered the vehicle back to me, but then on it's first 4 journey, a short 4 mile round trip, the car broke down TWICE and the engine just completely cutting out when was in use and wheels in motion, I consider this to be extremely dangerous, as my husband, my daughter and her friend were in the car at the time. Luckily no one was hurt. At this point I have completely lost faith in the car and after handing a car over for part exchange that was completely road worthy and legal my par

Unsafe car and terrible after care
Sorry to have to write this review however having done some research my problem is not uncommon. You should all be aware: 1) When you buy a car and they claim it is serviced to manufacturer standards this is NOT true as they failed to check technical service bulletins which are a key part of manufacturer quality servicing. Issues with car i bought from Chariots
I bought a Mercedes AMG from then, from the start i had issues with the Drivers seat, also Issue with the driving of the vehicle not being say, they had the vehicle back many times this went on for six months they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Professional and customer care highly ratedcare
Franco and his team are very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy and honest was my experience. Good price and added warranty with servicing. Its a fact that cars can go wrong after the sale but i had no issues with a repair after 1 week and was given a courtesy car during the repair work. A credit to the whole team and industry

Disgusting and Unprofessional Avoid at Any Cost
