Avoid at all costs

Excellent sales service from the guys, worked late as I had to travel down from Scotland.

After sales service is atrocious. Twice my vehicle has been off the road for more than a week.

Seatbelt extenders not working, low fuel pressure code, broken rear springs, cracked inner alloy and now a broken driveshaft.

As per my warranty I supplied everything needed. Photograph of my mileage and proof, twice. diagnostic report, invoice, paid my excess, even offered to use a garage of their choice and still I've now had to defer my car complaint to the ombudsman as they're going outwith warranty and wanting me to send the car back for photographs of the drive shaft and sent away for inspection - which I agreed to do at their expense as I've did over and above what was required. Now no response.

Quick enough to take your sale, not so quick too look after you once you've gone. I suggest avoiding if possible.

I have all email evidence.

Update. Response today from ombudsman and they refused to allowed t

Great until they have your money
So I didn’t read the reviews but wish I had first. I picked up a 2013 ford cmax diesel from this dealer which had less than 80000 miles. Having worked on fords for many years it became apparent in the first hour that the dmf was failing due to the car shaking when idling, and when driving. The biting point for the clutch was also very high. I contacted canvey chariots the same day and with littl
Unsafe car and terrible after care
Sorry to have to write this review however having done some research my problem is not uncommon. You should all be aware: 1) When you buy a car and they claim it is serviced to manufacturer standards this is NOT true as they failed to check technical service bulletins which are a key part of manufacturer quality servicing. They also left the service light on. 2) In my case their failure to follo
Issues with car i bought from Chariots
I bought a Mercedes AMG from then, from the start i had issues with the Drivers seat, also Issue with the driving of the vehicle not being say, they had the vehicle back many times this went on for six months they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. I asked them to let Mercedes Dealership to look at it, they told me to take it to Mercedes. When i told Chariots it was a cost of £127 for it
Professional and customer care highly ratedcare
Franco and his team are very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy and honest was my experience. Good price and added warranty with servicing. Its a fact that cars can go wrong after the sale but i had no issues with a repair after 1 week and was given a courtesy car during the repair work. A credit to the whole team and industry
Excellent Service
Always use Franco,Nick and the team to sell and service our cars. Always very helpful and professional.
Disgusting and Unprofessional Avoid at Any Cost
Very poor service. Never admit their fault. They think they are the only genuine car dealer and their mechanic are better than actual manufacturers mechanic. took my car to repair under the warranty but did not do nothing also unable to provide any evidence what work has been carried out. called me and only gave me 2 hours notice that delivery driver is on his way to drop my car off and pick up t
Bought and used for servicing ...
Bought a BMW 520 tourer two years ago. The vehicle has never missed a beat. It was immaculately presented - (a four year old car when purchased) but literally looked like it’d come off the production line. The whole buying experience was excellent, so much so that I decided to use them for all my servicing needs. Each and every time the staff have been professional and their work nothing short of
Great Car Purchase
I purchase a Jaguar for them. All work promised was completed and the car was ready on time. Very helpful and friendly service
