Avoid at all cost

Bought a 5008 from here. Was given a full mot and the usual meaningless warranty. Just after the warranty ran out I noticed the middle of my tyres were bald so took it to a local garage to have some more fitted. When I saw the tyres once off the outsides were like new the insides were down to the wire. This was due to problems with the wheel bearings. I got my garage to check the rest of the wheels and they found a study missing and a stud cap glued in the hole in its place. Turns out the threads had been stripped so had to buy a new hub. There is no way this car should have passed an mot and it wasn't safe to drive. I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Fantastic

Collect my new car this morning from Henson motor group, fantastic place to buy a car from the show room is 5 star and all the staff are so friendly. when I arrive the car is ready for me to drive away fully valet and clean. I do recommend Henson car store for you next car.

Avoid at all costs

If there were 0 stars that’s what I would give Hensons. Had my car 8 weeks when it broke down on a Sunday. Got towed to a trusted RAC garage. Spoke to Hensons the very next day and asked what I should do. Got told to ring their mechanic and see what he says. Spoke to the mechanic who advised to leave the car at the garage it was at. Time Wasters!

Awful! Paid a deposit for a used Rover 75, salesman Lee said I would have the car within 4-5 days after a new MOT was sorted out, and was assured any advisories would be cleared.
