Paul heaven excellent sales man

Excellent customer service, felt very welcome.

Was approached almost immediately as i entered the show room. Didn't have to hang about, was straight to the point, would deffo recommend Paul.

Bought a car which had not been prepped on 1st viewing. Ws told it would receive full bodywork checks, pokishing etc. Not done on collection. Deove off and warning lights came on. Dishonest
dishonest staff and managers, told me the car has a private ownership (which was a requirement for me), after searching the car history found it has been used by a lease company for half of its age! and they refuse to return the deposit. Do all your search before paying them a penny, and if they tell you the deposit is refundable then ask for a written proof. it's easy for them to claim things the
Damage
Put a deposit down and they said they would fix the scratches and chips on the paintwork. When we went to pick it up the work was rubbish it looked like they had used tipex. Also more damage as they said a worker had fell on it but they would fix that too. As this wasnt our agreement my son decided it wasnt for him. Totally dishearted. There's so many things to say. This is not the reputable company you would think it is. Very good at the sales patter but once they sold you the car forget about any after sales care should you have any problem as i have. Check your keys before buying
Waited for me to sign on the dotted line before they told me the spare key was missing. Depending on the type of key I want, that's another £130 to £230 I am out of pocket before I've driven it off the forecourt. They wouldn't even consider replacing it as a goodwill gesture, poor show.
