On Saturday went to see a 2 year old car an part exchange my old car! Everything going fine so bought the car there & then & got free 7 day insurance. Now looking over it all & reply emails they conned me on my part exchange & said i don't remember putting that price down. He was right about that as he said it not wrote it. There was no spare tyre & basically there not getting me one or giving me the difference back either. Sounds like a right con if you go there. I have a 1 year warranty so hope car don't need anything doing as i don't even want to deal with them any more! If you do go there get everything in writing look it over with a fine tooth comb & agree with it then your fine but watch every single move they do as would trust them as far as my little finger would throw them!

Creat service from Top Class Garage and Salesman

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Just ‘cos you buy an approved used car from these guys, doesn’t mean it will be a trouble free experience. Car immediately had a reoccurring fault. So rather than take car back to JCT600 and insist on refund (a round trip of 500 miles), they instructed me to take my car to local BMW M Sport dealer which I did, for 49 days out of 6 months as the fault was so difficult to find! Warranty a waste of time

I bought a hyundai i30 last year. Within weeks two door handles fell off. When i took the car back they said my 8 year old boy must have pulled it too hard. Also that they dont cover external body work. About a month later the electrics went. I took took it back and oh what a surprise. This problem wasnt covered either. Diabolical service

We spent £16k on a golf TD TDI. Basically, in short, they grossly inflated the mot mileage by accident which caused untold problems. They had to fetch the car (unwillingly) & left us with a smoke filled hire car. We also bought sat nav brand new but would stake my life on it being used & from another vehicle. I suggest not using this garage as they are far from being a professional outfit. I rang the sale team and expressed an interest to purchase a second hand car from them.
