Bad customer service

We have bought a car at this dealer before. As long as they can sell to you they are nice. Then things change and they do not care. We came today to the dealership to discuss the end of our finance agreement and asked if we could sell maybe the car with them. The sales person was rude and disinterested. Treated us like children and claimed to be "Direct". He was very dismissive and showed that he was not interested to waste any time on us.

The receptionist besides looked shocked to about his bad behaviour. we asked him for example what a car like ours would go at the moment as second hand. he said "to ask the valuator. But he does not work today as it is Sunday and you also do not work, so how can you expect him to?" So come back during the week if you can, but I won't deal with a request like this. He talked down on us and was really arrogant. He seemed to have no manners and was full of himself.

Very bad service and customer service
I had my car serviced and had MOT done. They gave me a report which was NOT good. I was told rear brakes pad and disc were worn out and need replacing. And also front brake pad need replacing. I was told I had ONLY 9% brake pads left in front and ONLY 6% left in rear. I took my car to another garage and he told me front brake pads were virtually NEW and rear was only 50% used. I am very disappoint

Incorrect Diagnostics
Had a problem with steering on my Prius and booked into Jemca for diagnostics back in July 16. Was informed that the steering shaft assembly was faulty and therefore had it replaced at a cost of £543.76. Was still not happy with the steering and booked the car back into Jemca in early Sept 16. Their engineer now informed me that the steering column is faulty and has to be replaced at a cost of £15
