"DISGUSTING SERVICE, TRY TO FOOL CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO SELL PAR

Below was the complaint I sent to Gary Savage - CEO Mercedes - UK.

I received a response from customer service shockingly instead of fine their house in short blamed me and gave me the option to go to Motor Ombudsman which appears reading at the reviews that they always side with the dealers as the dealers pay their salaries which I understand from the reviews left by distressed customers.

To my utter surprise it only took 2 minutes by my Toyota dealer to fix the glove box without any part replacement which Mercedes staff were insisting will require parts ???? WHAT A SHAME THE MANAGEMENT OF MERCEDES!! STAY AWAY FROM THE CHEATERS

MY COMPLAINT:I would like to draw your attention to the extremely poor service received at the Mercedes Stevenage dealership in UK. I had an issue with the closing of the glove box of my recently bought Mercedes. I called the dealership on 15-02-19 Friday at around 10 am in the morning and spoke to the Ms Alexis and asked to book an appointment to get the issue sorted. Ale

Awful service, car broke down after a service and they lie
I have been using Mercedes Benz of Stevenage for 3 years now. The service has become is terrible. They damaged my water cap by over tightening it which I had to replace as it was then leaking. Do not buy a used car from Mercedes Benz of Stevenage
Purchased a £20k Mercedes Benz GL Class and an approved used car, promised that it would be properly prepared mechanically and cosmetically. Upon collection - after a 130 mile journey!
