Worst service ever- i reserved a bmw online and had the finance arranged. When reserving the car I was not told there was a £299 admin fee and then once the figures had been agreed they said they’d made a mistake and that they have to charge £299 extra. After phoning and talking to the salesman about a car I’d seen online, he told me the car had just had £700 to pass it’s last mot. On the test run, the salesman and I agreed I would buy the car for the price advertised. After the run, he informed me the price had now changed and was an extra £190!! Stay away! Getting laughed at but so old plump woman as we drove off!! They should be ashamed!
