They Are Fraud

If you love your self please dont buy cars from them. Buying Range Rover Evouqe £21000 from prestige car of essex is my biggest mistake. Worst customer service ever and the car condition is really BAD and its illegal to sale cars to customers with out revealing the state of the car. To be honest i dont know where to start from with the list of faults in this car. I will make sure FCA Financial Conduct Authority help me to take up my case.

These scammers sold illegally a vehicle to me without declaring that it has previously been damaged. They have stolen a years tax money from me. Refused to pay for brake pads even though apparently I have 3 months warranty. Never sent my private plate back to me either. I have my car for 2 weeks, been complaining everyday, trying to chase them up, but they ignoring me. Driver lied to me that car dont have scratches, next day on a day light after car wash i seen that all car been scratched! Asked them are they can polished they said yes we can. I am appalled at the service I received from Prestige Cars. I bought a Mercedes A Class from them, put down a deposit on the car, they did not let me come in for an appointment, it was all on Whatsapp. When I picked up the car, it had a womens possessions left in the glove compartment, it also had the previous owners information (personal information) logged into the system. AVOID if you want a decent SAFE car!!!

1* is VERY generous! Wow where to start...'Prestige' Cars contacted me about selling my Audi for me as they had come across it on Autotrader. Told me they could sell it quickly and get a better price than I would be able to sell it for.
