I contacted Prestige to inquire about a 2017 black Nissan Xtrail Tenka, The advert had "excellent Bodywork" in the description and the salesman also confirmed that the vehicle was as described, as I was travelling from Ireland I told the salesman that I would purchase the Vehicle based on his assurances that there was nothing wrong with it, I transferred a booking deposit and then done a further transfer on the morning I was due to collect the vehicle, after flying from Ireland and getting a Taxi to the garage expecting to collect the Vehicle and be on my way I was horrified to see that the Xtrail had obviously been in a collision at the rear was was very badly repaired, the front drivers wing was also badly repainted, I was also informed that the car had no logbook. Obviously I was very disappointed and stranded in the middle of nowhere with not even an offer to assist me back to the airport, they also left me £350 short on my refund, this is a very unscrupulous company, Beware.
