I am appalled at the service I received from Prestige Cars. I bought a Mercedes A Class from them, put down a deposit on the car, they did not let me come in for an appointment, it was all on Whatsapp. When I picked up the car, it had a womens possessions left in the glove compartment, it also had the previous owners information (personal information) logged into the system. I could not do anything. I was told the car had a great spec, I could not access Apple Car Play as the previous owner was logged in, they promised me to book me in a garage, messed me around for three whole weeks, speaking to me like I was a piece of dirt, and being told that the Director is "fuming at me". What a way to speak to a customer!! I have never complained about anything in my life but I feel obligated to warn others of my awful experience. I got spoken to awfully and looked down on.
