Prestige cars of Essex (AVOID)

Currently experiencing a frustrating time with this company. I part ex-d a Mercedes c class coupe for an e class coupe, exactly a month ago. 2 weeks into driving it the engine was making a very loud noise which I enquired about, but received no correspondence. Now a month later and the car pretty much broke down 50 miles away from home. Mercedes recovery team came out and established there are too major faults with my new car. T it won't let me drive over 40mph. I was told I have 3 months warranty and it would be resolved. I was then asked if my local garage could fix the problems (Now assuming the company the warranty is held with cannot fix the issue). My local garage was contacted and told prestige that they don't deal with the codes/faults. I then spoke to a friend of mine who owns a garage, who then gave a quote for the parts and labour which prestige are reluctant to pay. I've now been informed that they're in the process of having a mobile mechanic come out. It seems like they're reluctant to fix the i

These scammers sold illegally a vehicle to me without declaring that it has previously been damaged. They have stolen a years tax money from me. Refused to pay for brake pads even though apparently I have 3 months warranty. Never sent my private plate back to me either. My trade in started getting traffic fines through the post almost immediately. I'm disgusted at the way they are happy to treat c

I am appalled at the service I received from Prestige Cars. I bought a Mercedes A Class from them, put down a deposit on the car, they did not let me come in for an appointment, it was all on Whatsapp. When I picked up the car, it had a womens possessions left in the glove compartment, it also had the previous owners information (personal information) logged into the system. I could not do anythin

I contacted Prestige to inquire about a 2017 black Nissan Xtrail Tenka, The advert had "excellent Bodywork" in the description and the salesman also confirmed that the vehicle was as described, as I was travelling from Ireland I told the salesman that I would purchase the Vehicle based on his assurances that there was nothing wrong with it, I transferred a booking deposit and then done a further

1* is VERY generous! Wow where to start...'Prestige' Cars contacted me about selling my Audi for me as they had come across it on Autotrader. Told me they could sell it quickly and get a better price than I would be able to sell it for. Thats about as good as it got. 2 months later I was told that they had a viewing and that it was a cash buyer. the Car was originally advertised for £23,50
