AVOID!

Went along with a friend who purchased a car. 1 days later we discovered the car had been in an accident despite receiving an HPI clear report. The chassis was damage as were several engine components. A new front bumper had been placed over the damaged chassis to cover up the damage.

We called the dealership immediately upon discovering the damage.

They were not interested in the slightest. They insisted that the damage was being "imagined" and "exaggerated".

The owner (Mr Rawdon) point blank refused to speak with me and would hide behind his sales rep whom he forced to deal with me.

They refused to give me my money back or exchange the car and said that it was tough.

The Trading Standards were absolutely no use at all as nothing could be done without going to small claims court which could neither afford the time or money to do so.

In the end stuck with a car that was not road worthy and was out of pocket to the tune of £5,000.

Dont not buy from here

My gf got a car from here 10days later the head casket has gone phoned them got told to put in garage to check it out said they would pay the garage just give the garage there number garage tried phoning them.no answer we tried no.answer so got left with a 180pounds bill we had to pay for a bunch of con men please dont buyba car.from here.save your money and go so.e where else

Very Good Experience

Contacted Rawdon Motors about a car advertised online during a difficult spell of Covid restrictions which prevented travel to view the car in person. They were advertising delivery with remote purchases, so spoke to Paul, who sent me a series of videos of the car which were very useful. Rawdon agreed to do several repairs, written on the deposit receipt (paid by CC) and agreement of sale these were not done upon delivery.
