If you value your money DO NOT BUY a car from Rawdon Motors I now own a car that I can’t drive thanks to these con men from day dot there’s been problems with the Mini Countryman they sold me and my wife 1st thing was on viewing the car it was 3 thousand miles over what they had advised it as also in the ad it said it had sat nav. Oh and guess what NO SAT NAV then it had a DRL light out and I just thought it was a bulb out Nope it was the whole unit gone to make it even better the washer fluid sensor had gone then within day the DRL on the other side went as well as the handbrake cable which they assured me that Both had been replaced and was a good as gold now only to find out he’d replaced one when alloys on the Mini was in a shocking state so I had them refurbished as well as other bodywork Now here comes the best bit my wheel bearing on the drivers side had to be replaced as well as my tyres kept going down so they where re-sealed then a week later I hear a noise coming from the P/S and thin

My gf got a car from here 10days later the head casket has gone phoned them got told to put in garage to check it out said they would pay the garage just give the garage there number garage tried phoning them.no answer we tried no.answer so got left with a 180pounds bill we had to pay for a bunch of con men please dont buyba car.from here.save your money and go so.e where else

Contacted Rawdon Motors about a car advertised online during a difficult spell of Covid restrictions which prevented travel to view the car in person. They were advertising delivery with remote purchases, so spoke to Paul, who sent me a series of videos of the car which were very useful. Rawdon agreed to do several repairs, written on the deposit receipt (paid by CC) and agreement of sale these were not done upon delivery. Within 5 days it failed a further MOT which hi-lighted the faults in writing. Rawdon refused a full refund. Rawdon refused all further correspondence from me. Both reported to trading standards.
