AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

I enquired about getting a ford focus that was listed on the company website. I called and the initial conversation went well, I gave my details and was approved for the finance for the car. I offered to pay a small deposit of £600 and that was acceptable. I told Louwis (or whatever her name was) that I wanted to think about it some more as I wanted to work out my budget and make sure the car was affordable. The car was originally listed for £7500 on the 27/11/14; and was lowered to £6800 on the 28/11/14. Louwis called me back advising me to take an older model focus on the 58 plate listed for only £5500 when I examined the details the car had 95K miles on the clock and looked exactly like the car I had. I wasn't interested in this car so called the next day to about the 61 plate focus that I enquired about originally. Louwis told me the car was sold and not available and because of my bad credit I wouldn't be able to get the car anyway; and the 58 plate focus would now cost me £200 a month instead of the £130 she indicated the day before. I was suspicious of this so I asked my brother to call and enquire about the 61 plate focus; 5 mins after I came off the phone to Louwis. The car was suddenly and miraculously available for sale again, and was available on finance. I called back and asked if the reason the car was unavailable for me was because they were trying to push that old ford focus on me as the mileage was so high. This time I was told "oh no I told your brother the car was available but it is not now it's sold". I asked Louwis which lie was it? the car is unavilabe and sold or is available? The manager then called me and with a story that he concocted 5 mins later about the car and how he could now find me a better ford focus? I told him forget it - I didn't feel comfortable doing business with his company as they are so comfortable lying to their potential customers. My advice to anyone is avoid this company.

DO NOT USE We recently purchased a car from this company a month or so, first red flag was when we turned up my husband went into the office and just got handed the keys to look round ourselves and test drive, which we did and really liked the car. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company recently. We met on the side of a road in a retail park. We took the car for a test drive, it seemed ok, and we bought it and drove off. We got 100 yards. We called George, with whom we had dealt with, and he came to us and offered a jump start. use this garage at your peril!!
If you buy a car from this garage just hope you don't have a problem. If you do then be prepared to have the very aggressive director on the phone yelling at you after he's sold you a duff car. The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. If I was you I'd steer well clear and go to a garage that prides its self on having satisfied customers, rather than a director who spends his time sho
