How do you expect to be taken seriously?

I can see that this dealer has many good reviews. Looking at the less than good reviews, I see what I experienced at their garage today.

I've had several very nice cars including a couple of nearly new Porsches and most recently an Audi TTS that I purchased as ex-demo from Audi and kept for five and a half years, only selling on very recently. I like nice cars.

When their Silver MINI Clubman John Cooper Works came up for sale on Saturday evening on Autotrader, I quickly identified it as being the right specification, colour, age and mileage to be suitable for me. I called them on the Sunday and left a message declaring my interest. On the bank holiday Monday, I tried calling again and got thought to Carl. I expressed my serious interest in the car and agreed to travel to view it at 1100 on Tuesday, today. I'm certain my tenacity in chasing them for contact was demonstrative of my genuine interest.

I had been searching the internet for 3 months for a XF Jag in British Racing Green with a high spec.
