Poor all round
Bought a brand new duster 4x4 from them in June, and paid extra for the media system, paint protection and a service pack. They failed to tell me of a fundamental incompatibility issue with the media system and iPhone (despite being advised by Dacia to inform new clients from April), and after two weeks the paint started flaking off the door edges. Took the car back in July and was told the media system was a 'known Renault issue' and couldn't be fixed at that point, also advised to get someone in myself to sort the paint out. Wasn't happy with the response - and didn't get called in for the 3 month check that was part of the service pack - and after no help from this lot got in touch with Renault / Dacia customer service who have been trying to help sort it out. It's now almost December, more paint has come off and it still isn't sorted. I'd avoid the car, and the dealership, like the absolute plague if I were you. I've been fobbed off with 'we will get back to you with a solution tomorrow' 'we will call you
