Poor all round
Bought a brand new duster 4x4 from them in June, and paid extra for the media system, paint protection and a service pack. They failed to tell me of a fundamental incompatibility issue with the media system and iPhone (despite being advised by Dacia to inform new clients from April), and after two weeks the paint started flaking off the door edges. Took the car back in July and was told the media

Took my renault megane for some simple repairs (door handle replacement, electric window regulator replacement and door seal replacement. They assured me that all work had been completed - £880!!! I drove the car back and the passenger wing mirror motor was no longer working
