We have just purchased a used car from this dealership (Renault Grand Scenic, 13:05:14). We found the staff were helpful, well informed and very personable. The car went through a 55 point check similar in essence to what the RAC or AA would carry out. The dealership were willing to share the results and replaced two tyres as well as carrying out a two year service. The dealership provide a 3 month warranty as standard and this is backed by a reputable provider (AA). The car was prepared with many of the minor aesthetic issues dealt with efficiently and effectively. The car was ready for us to drive away 5 days after initial viewing which was a reasonable turnaround given we wanted the relevant checks and service to be carried out prior to pick up. The dealership are willing to pick up potential customers from the train station as a courtesy which was a nice touch. Our main concerns were around how long the initial negotiation took when compared to other vendors (around an hour in our experience) and the fact that there was an advisory note on three tyres in the MOT but the dealership were only willing to replace two as they were not convinced that the third tyre was unsafe. This was a little disappointing in our view as we will probably have to replace the two back tyres within 3-6 months. It is also worth checking the documentation as the stated MOT dates on all the supplementary documentation were not correct but this is being very picky. On the whole, we are very pleased with the car, after a day, and will update this feedback after a year to provide others with a more robust view of our experience.

Bought a brand new duster 4x4 from them in June, and paid extra for the media system, paint protection and a service pack. They failed to tell me of a fundamental incompatibility issue with the media system and iPhone (despite being advised by Dacia to inform new clients from April), and after two weeks the paint started flaking off the door edges. Took my renault megane for some simple repairs (door handle replacement, electric window regulator replacement and door seal replacement. They assured me that all work had been completed - £880!!! I drove the car back and the passenger wing mirror motor was no longer working
